Driver drove on MKAD in a car that was in an accident. He was punished

According to information from the traffic police, a video appeared on social networks showing a Volkswagen, severely damaged in an accident, driving on the MKAD in the middle lane.

Screenshot from the video

An inspection showed that a car in such a condition had no right to move on the road independently. As a result, the 49-year-old owner of the car was fined 0.5 basic units (21 rubles). The traffic police noted that they have sufficient resources to detect offenses and bring those responsible to justice.

Previously, the traffic police repeatedly reported that they monitor social networks and use videos to find offenders among Belarusian drivers.
