On December 20, at about 17:40, in the village of Pralniki, Valozhyn district, a 38-year-old local resident driving an Opel car, moving from the village of Padnievichy towards Sudniki, hit a 5-year-old child.

According to the driver, the child suddenly ran onto the road.

The driver and the child's father took him to the hospital, where, unfortunately, the child died.

An investigation is underway regarding the incident.
