Mogilev Deputy and Producer Declared Wanted. A State TV Channel Host Left the Country With Him
Recently, the Ministry of Internal Affairs declared Alexander Lavrinovich, a former producer of propaganda events and a deputy of the Mogilev City Council, wanted. It has now become known that he did not leave alone: it appears that Natalia Pavshok, a TV host for the state channel "Belarus 2", went abroad with him, Zerkalo reports .
Who is Lavrinovich and why is he wanted?
Alexander Lavrinovich is the director and founder of the company "Festivals Bai", which organized concerts, festivals, and talent competitions. In the media, he also appeared as the producer of the "national" reality show "Bloggers' Factory" and the interactive series "Zoomers", as well as a mentor in ONT's show "Star Path".
In early 2026, law enforcement agencies raised questions about Lavrinovich's activities, and he himself left the country. On March 17, the Investigative Committee prohibited the owner of "Festivals Bai" from selling his shares in the company. On April 10, 2026, the producer was declared wanted.
According to "Zerkalo", Lavrinovich is a suspect in a corruption investigation. The case involves an amount exceeding 200,000 rubles. The basis for the claims was the organization of city events in Brest.
"Quit her job", disappeared from social networks
Together with Lavrinovich, TV host Natalia Pavshok left Belarus, sources told "Zerkalo".
"She quit her job on television and fled with him, not even writing a resignation letter," the source claims. "He didn't even divorce his wife. He just abandoned them with the child and left."
Zerkalo's interlocutor claims that the ex-deputy had an affair with Pavshok.
Natalia Pavshok is 29 years old, she worked for the state TV channel "Belarus 2". She was a host and editor of the youth interactive project "Pin Code", a managing editor, a correspondent for the morning show "Good Morning, Belarus", and an editor for the program "Nothing Special News".
In the past, Pavshok participated in Lavrinovich's team projects – she hosted "Bloggers' Factory" and was the creative producer of the series "Zoomers".
Currently, the TV presenter's Belarusian phone number is unavailable. Since February 2026, new posts have stopped appearing on her Instagram.
Natalia no longer works on the show "Pin Code". Judging by the project's Telegram channel, there was an interruption in episodes in February, and in March, one subscriber wondered why the program "is no longer shown". By the end of the month, announcements became regular again, but the program changed its broadcast schedule – instead of four episodes per week, only one is now released. In April, the new host of "Pin Code" became 16-year-old singer Nastassia Lupina, who performs under the pseudonym Stasya Korsak.
"International company that opened a representative office in the UAE"
What did Lavrinovich and Pavshok do next? In the same month when both individuals disappeared from social media, their names appeared in a publication of a new project, Creative Global Group, which organized events in Dubai. "We are an international company that has opened a representative office in the UAE," its creators claimed.
In the project's social networks, Lavrinovich was presented as the director, and Pavshok as a partner and creative producer. Advertisements for the new firm were actively sent out in chats for Russian-speaking residents of Dubai. Interestingly, under one such post, Pavshok left a recommendation from her personal account, as if she herself was a client of the firm and liked everything.
The organizers were ready to arrange a wedding or a children's birthday, as well as "bring any artists, from world stars to top performers." On social media, they showed images generated by artificial intelligence, as well as earlier projects by Lavrinovich's team – the Millennium festival in Brest and the series "Zoomers".
It is unclear whether this "international company" held even one event. In April, its accounts began offering another service – design of advertisements and social media publications – and soon ceased activity.
"Working as a pair"
A Telegram account with the name A&N was linked to the phone number of the Emirati firm. These letters could theoretically stand for the names Alexander and Natalia. "We work as a pair: targeting, AI creatives, scripts, production, SMM," says its description.
Already in April 2026, the account's authors became interested in a new relocation. "We are a couple from Belarus. We plan to move to Spain. We are considering the city of Almeria," they wrote the day before Lavrinovich was declared internationally wanted in his homeland.
A few weeks later, they introduced themselves as Russians and were going to Montenegro, after which they inquired about legalization in Mexico. Judging by their activity in chats, A&N eventually ended up in Montenegro.
Recently, the paired account began promoting a new project, with Natalia Pavshok as its face. Now the former TV host offers online artistic gymnastics classes. She introduces herself as a "master of sports, a member of the national team, a national champion, and a rhythmic gymnastics coach."
Pavshok indeed professionally engaged in rhythmic gymnastics in the past and coached children. However, in the new account, for some reason, she does not state her surname and does not mention which country's national team she was a member of. She is ready to consult only online in Russian or English.
