Minsk resident wanted to sell vape devices, but a 15-year-old buyer took the goods for free and fled
A criminal case for robbery will be opened against the minor.

A Minsk resident contacted the 102 emergency line, reporting he was robbed by an unknown teenager.
The man stated that he had posted an advertisement in a thematic messenger group for the sale of three vape devices. Soon, a potential buyer contacted him and arranged a meeting. When the man handed him the goods for inspection, the teenager fled without paying.
Police officers found the culprit, a 15-year-old student of a college in the capital.
The boy explained his actions by stating that the price of the vapes was too high for him, so he decided to take them for free.
The vapes were returned to the owner.
A criminal case for robbery was initiated against the teenager. Legal responsibility under this article commences at 14 years of age.
