An auction for the sale of a manor in the Ushachy district will take place on the "BUTB-Property" platform in January. The building, with an area of 705 square meters, located near lakes, was valued at only 42 rubles, writes Realt.by.

The "Malye Doltsy" manor is located in the village of Novaye Zhytstsyo. It received the status of a historical and cultural heritage site only in 2020. Until 2013, it housed the office of a local agricultural enterprise.
However, if you delve deeper into history, you can find out that the manor house was built in 1848, and by the beginning of the 20th century, the manor belonged to the Sushchynski family. In 1909, one of the first Belarusian plays, "Mikhalka," was created and staged here.

Currently, the 705-square-meter building is conserved. It is a solid brick structure with a basement, mezzanine, and an annex. The window openings are closed (blocked with bricks), and the roof is covered with slate. These measures have helped protect the center of the estate from vandalism and further destruction. Fragments of an old park have been preserved nearby.
The manor is located in an interesting place – the Ushaсha river flows nearby, and there are three lakes and a forest close by. The manor includes a land plot of 11.48 hundredths of a hectare, which is leased for a period of 50 years.

The new owner will be able to use the land plot for entrepreneurial activities and the placement of production-business facilities, agricultural facilities, as well as for the construction and maintenance of a single-family residential house.
The auction will take place on the "BUTB-Property" platform on January 23, 2026. The starting price is 42 rubles.
Interestingly, just a few years ago, the market value of the house was 115,000 rubles.
