A girl published a post in which she asked the carrier "Atlasbus" to answer her question:
— How is it even possible that a minibus calmly leaves without a person when he has been waiting for it for 20 minutes at the designated spot? Today, at 6 AM, we were sending my brother from Minsk to Maladzyechna. We were at the spot already at 5:40 AM at "Druznaya". At 6:03 AM, the driver canceled the order, stating that my brother didn't show up. No one called, and the app only had the call center number. Did you seriously leave a person in a foreign city without even calling? And the call center just shrugged. Is this your service? The carrier is LLC "Bely Mishka".
The "Atlasbus" service reacted to the passenger's complaint and commented on the situation, emphasizing that the company sells tickets and does not own its own transport.
According to the service's statement, controlling authorities strictly monitor the carriers' adherence to the schedule.
— Please note that passenger calls are not provided for on this route. All necessary information, including the bus's departure time and location, is indicated on the ticket. According to available information, this flight departed strictly on schedule. Seven passengers successfully boarded the bus, — noted "Atlasbus".
The author of the post commented on this response very emotionally, also touching upon topics that were not related to the situation that happened with her brother.
Those who commented offered several possible scenarios.
"Call customer support, attach a photo of the ticket if it was paid for in advance, and file a pre-court claim. This is not the first such case I've read about," advises one user.
"Atlasbus has nothing to do with this, questions should be addressed to the carrier," explains another.
"File a complaint with the Ministry of Transport, and this driver won't do that again," a user is confident.
