A toilet-birdhouse was put up for sale near Valozhyn. They are asking 2280 rubles
To participate in the auction, a deposit of 228 rubles must be paid.
The Minsk Regional Center for Investments and Privatization announced an auction for the sale of property of OJSC "PMK-188" of Valozhyn district, which is in the process of liquidation, writes "Minskaya Prauda".
Among the lots put up for auction is lot No. 3 — a toilet with an area of 1.4 square meters, located in Valozhyn on Pushkin Street. The object is located on a land plot of more than 4.4 hectares, and the new owner will be allocated a share in the right to the land for servicing the property.
The initial cost of the object, including VAT, is 2,280 rubles. To participate in the auction, a deposit of 228 rubles must be paid, which corresponds to 10% of the initial price.
The bidding will take place on January 14 at 12:00 PM in Minsk at the address: Chkalova St., 5. Applications for participation are accepted until January 10 inclusive.
The winner will be recognized as the participant who offered the maximum price, or the sole participant who agrees to purchase the lot at a price increased by 5%.
