In his evening address, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that Putin's promise not to strike energy facilities these days is indeed almost being fulfilled. But this does not mean that there are no strikes at all.

“This day began with reports from the regions: in all our regions, from night to Friday, there were indeed no strikes on energy facilities. Almost none. Except for the Donetsk region, where there was one strike on gas infrastructure, an air bomb strike.
We also now see Russia reorienting towards strikes on logistics and railway hubs. In particular, there was a strike on one of the Ukrainian Railways carriages, a special power-generating wagon — this happened in the morning in the Dnipropetrovsk region. It is important that our railway workers are operating and ensuring connections in all regions.
Throughout the day, regular drone and air bomb attacks also continued. In the Kharkiv region, there was a ballistic missile strike on the warehouses of the American company 'Philip Morris'. There was a significant fire. There were strikes on Nikopol, Kherson, and the border areas of Kharkiv, Sumy, and Chernihiv regions,” Zelenskyy enumerated.
He emphasized that Ukraine's attitude to this is reciprocal:
“The American side spoke about refraining from strikes on energy infrastructure for a week, and the countdown began tonight. It depends on our partners, of course — on the United States — how this will all go. Ukraine is ready to reciprocally refrain from strikes, and today we did not strike Russian energy facilities.”
