Organization of Belarusian students in Poland recognized as an "extremist formation"

The decision to recognize the "Lichtar" organization as an "extremist formation" was made by the KGB on January 28.

According to the agency, Aliaksei Hrakhouski (born 2003), Illia Mikhnievich (2001), and Viktar Baranaŭ (1997) are involved with the organization. The project's social media pages were recognized as "extremist".

On the organization's Facebook page, it is stated that "Lichtar" is a community of Belarusian students at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

As of today, the list of "extremist formations" maintained by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the KGB includes 330 organizations.
