The Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces stated about the invasion of Polish territory by balloons from Belarus.
According to the report, on the night of February 1, Polish soldiers recorded "the invasion of Polish airspace by objects resembling balloons."
The flights were tracked by military radar systems and did not pose a threat to the security of Polish airspace, the command noted.
"The Operational Command of the Armed Forces branches is in constant contact with relevant services and institutions and regularly transmits collected data on the observed objects. The Polish Armed Forces remain ready to perform tasks related to ensuring the security of Polish airspace," the report says.
On the previous night, Poland also recorded balloons approaching its airspace from Belarus.
