Belpol: "Epstein never made it to Belarus." And who were the parents of his lover Karina Shulyak?
Despite the fact that the notoriously famous American financier Jeffrey Epstein several times received a visa to Belarus, he still did not visit our country. This information was shared with "Nasha Niva" by Belpol .

The convicted sex offender financier Jeffrey Epstein, who committed suicide in a New York prison cell in 2019, is being widely discussed again: the U.S. Department of Justice recently published another, extensive batch of documents related to his case.
Among other things, there are screenshots of Epstein's correspondence with Karina Shulyak — a Belarusian dentist with whom he had been acquainted since 2010. The BSMU graduate arrived in the USA in 2009 — the girl was 20 years old at the time.
In 2010, Epstein was just released from prison after serving 13 months on charges of soliciting a minor for prostitution. According to local media, Shulyak was almost the only one who stayed by his side then: many friends and acquaintances turned away from the businessman due to the sex scandal.
As a token of gratitude, Epstein helped Shulyak obtain licenses to work as a dentist in the USA, paid for her mother's expensive treatment, and eventually included her in his will: the Belarusian woman received 50 million dollars and a whole collection of real estate, including Epstein's property on the notoriously famous Little Saint James island and the neighboring Great Saint James.
The Belarusian woman was an important person in the millionaire's life: they planned to marry, and Karina also became the last person he managed to speak with before his death. Although their relationship, obviously, could not be called simple: from the leaked private correspondence between the financier and the dentist, it is clear that they often conflicted.
One of the moments that brought the girl to tears, as far as can be understood from the dialogue, was related to a dispute about Epstein's privacy in the massage room and his attraction to young girls.
"I try as much as I can to understand your concerns — Jessica's age, my tendency to pay attention to younger women, what will happen in ten years; your sobbing instead of gratitude for our mutual love; your sobbing, and then sending me a message explaining what harm you think I caused your day," Epstein writes.

What about Karina Shulyak's parents?
The screenshot of the visa request to the consulate shows that Karina wanted to come home and host Epstein in May 2016. "Mr. Epstein is going to stay with my family in Minsk, and he also wants to buy an apartment."

According to Belpol, Epstein never made it to Belarus for some reason. However, it's possible that an apartment was eventually purchased.
According to real estate ownership databases, an apartment in the Kamennaya Gorka district of Minsk is registered under Karina's father, Fyodor Shulyak, who is listed as an entrepreneur, and an apartment in Drozdhy and a house in the Vitebsk region are registered under her mother Tatyana, who, according to the latest known information, was unemployed. Karina herself was born in the village of Valeriyanava near Minsk, and during Epstein's presumed visit, she planned to host him in a completely different family home — on Karytskaga Street near the "Partizanskaya" metro station.
Additionally, it is already known that in 2013, Epstein transferred 20 thousand dollars to Fyodor Shulyak's account, and another 25 thousand in 2014 and 2016, "Zerkalo" wrote.
The elder Shulyaks met their daughter's lover in person, flying to the USA themselves: one of the known family visits to the USA dates back to 2012; Fyodor and Tatyana also visited America in 2017. Karina's father last visited his potential son-in-law a month before his arrest.
Now, according to information from ex-law enforcement officers, Shulyak's parents are divorced.
