Maria Kalesnikava gave a big interview to Russian blogger Yuri Dud. Among other things, he asked her if it was true that she had lost weight down to 45 kg with a height of 176 cm, as Maria's sister Tatsiana Khomich had said.
— The truth is that I indeed lost a lot of weight, but not down to 45 kg. I cannot name the exact figure, but it's not 45, that's for sure. But I lost a lot of weight, yes, there was such a moment," Kalesnikava replied.
According to her, this was after an operation due to an ulcer — she could not recover for a long time. She had to eat baby food to restore her body. For a long time, says Kalesnikava.
Her father was able to send her such a medical package with 30 kg of baby food. "And for several months, this was my main nutrition," she says.
