As the "Belarusians and the Market" portal noted , the Russian owners of "Belvest", who have been removed from its management, have created a new legal entity in Moscow — "BV "Stil"."

The company was registered last December by the Russian resident "IPK Investprom", which belongs to Yuri Sumaneev and Dmitry Gantsov. The new business's activity type is wholesale trade in clothing and footwear.
Through "IPK Investprom", Sumaneev and Gantsov own, in particular, stakes in the Vitebsk factory "Belvest" (45%) and the Moscow distributor GD "Belvest" (60%). Through other structures, their share in these businesses amounts to 100%.
However, they no longer manage them. At the end of last year, at the request of "Belvest" itself, the Economic Court of Vitebsk Region initiated bankruptcy proceedings at one of Belarus's largest shoe production facilities.
And in January of this year, for three years — until January 15, 2029 — appointed a rehabilitation period for "Belvest".
