Valery Tsepkalo reported on his Telegram channel that on March 3, he met at the White House with Andrew Baker, Deputy National Security Advisor to the President of the United States and Advisor to the Vice President of the United States for National Security, during which "a number of international agenda issues were discussed."

In particular, Tsepkalo writes, issues of regional security and Belarus's participation in Russia's war against Ukraine were discussed.
"It was proposed that, when preparing the future peace treaty for Ukraine, Belarus be included in it as a state that participated in the war, providing its territory and infrastructure for Russia's military campaign," he writes.
In addition, the influence of artificial intelligence on international security and the initiative to involve Nobel laureates in preparing a strategic report on the opportunities and risks of AI for global politics, economy, and security were discussed.
They also discussed the future of countries transitioning from authoritarian regimes to democracy or recovering after wars, primarily Venezuela, Cuba, and Middle Eastern states.
Separately, Tsepkalo presented the "Computer Class for Every School in Africa" initiative, aimed at overcoming global digital inequality. The project involves providing every African school with computer classrooms.
