A studio with renovations is being sold in Minsk for less than $35,000. Why such a price?

This studio in Chyzhovka is the cheapest of all currently for sale in Minsk. It has been renovated – new utilities, electrical wiring, and ventilation have been installed. But there are nuances, Realt writes .

The nine-story panel building from 1977 is located at Ubarevich Street, 148 building 2. This is Chyzhovka-2, next to Haladzied passage near the Minsk Ring Road.

To the bus stop – less than 200 meters.

The premises are on the first floor. The entrance is from the building's shared entrance. The total area is 11.8 square meters.

A small kitchen and a rug are installed here. The kitchen has a portable electric stove. A washing machine is connected. A separate bathroom is organized – shower and toilet. Tiles are laid everywhere on the floor. Fiber optic internet is connected.

The agency handling the sale promises to help transfer the premises to residential status if necessary. Currently, it is an administrative space, so it's not possible to register residency here.

However, it can be used for oneself or rented out. Currently, the apartment-office is rented for $250 per month.

The price of the studio is $34,900, and the price per square meter is $2,958.
