Grodno IT specialist posted a dumpling recipe in his resume on a job site and passed the interview
A Grodno IT manager decided to test how AI algorithms of recruitment systems work on job search websites.

He shared his experiment on Threads, writes Blizko.by.
The young man wrote the recipe for cooking dumplings from the Brest Meat Processing Plant in his resume and optimized it for algorithmic filters to check how the service's filters would react to it.
The system did not notice the trick in the resume and displayed it in search results a total of 825 times.

The experiment went even further — he even received feedback from an employer.
The creative IT specialist was offered a position as a frontend developer. After that, the man contacted the specialist, and only during their conversation did the specialist see what was written instead of the "suitable candidate's" resume.

By the way, the hero was still offered a job, but he refused it because he did not have the appropriate skills.
