As reported by Yuri Gorbych, Chairman of the Healthcare Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, in 2025, two outpatient facilities received new magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machines — the Minsk City Endocrinological Center and the 2nd Central Polyclinic of Frunzensky District, write "Minsk-News".
A special piece of news was that, starting from March 2026, MRI at the second polyclinic switched to round-the-clock operation. "Now working city residents don't need to ask for time off from work — they can undergo the prescribed procedure even at three in the morning," noted Yuri Gorbych.
In addition to MRI, over the past year, the city purchased more than 50 ultrasound machines, 40 endoscopic systems, and new stationary mammography machines.
