Tsikhanouskaya told what she talked about with Koul

US President's Special Representative for Belarus John Koul today reported that he had a phone conversation with Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya. She shared some details of this conversation, noting that Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Eastern Europe Chris Smith was also on the call with Koul.

I expressed my sincere gratitude to the President and his team for their assistance in the release of more than 500 political prisoners in Belarus.

President Trump stated that the goal is to free them all, and I am confident in the success of humanitarian efforts in this direction,» Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya wrote.
