The building of the local bus station in Kletsk has been put up for auction
The complex of the city bus station in Kletsk has been put up for auction. The initial price of the lot is 249,600 rubles.

The object includes a one-story bus terminal building constructed in 1979 with an area of 315 square meters, as well as the right to lease a land plot of 1.46 hectares.


According to the auction terms, the auction step is 10% of the initial cost. To participate as a buyer, a deposit of 49,920 rubles must be paid.
Judging by the photos, the object and the adjacent territory require significant financial investments in major repairs and reconstruction.
The auction is scheduled for July 20.
