In Brest, a man confused cars, and then, after a joyride, caused 1700 rubles worth of damage
A woman contacted the police: during the night, an unknown person overturned her Yamaha motorcycle and damaged it. The frame, plastic elements, and exhaust pipe were damaged. The police found the culprit.

The 40-year-old man recounted that the day before, he had been drinking with his brother. In the evening, he decided not to return home but to spend the night in a friend's car. The car was unlocked and parked near the entrance. Since the keys were in the cabin, the man drove around near the house and fell asleep.
In the morning, not realizing what car it was, he drove home.
As it turned out, the Brest resident fell asleep not in his friend's car, where he had planned to spend the night, but in a completely different unlocked car. During the ride, he also overturned a motorcycle that was parked nearby.
However, he will have to answer for his actions. To determine the extent of the damage caused to the motorcycle, a motor vehicle appraisal examination was appointed.
An expert from the State Forensic Examination Committee concluded that the amount of damage is 1370 rubles.
But now the man must not only compensate for the damage caused but also pay a fine for driving a vehicle while intoxicated.
