Lviv Railway District Court considered an unusual case — a citizen of Belarus urinated from a second-floor window.
According to the police report, the case was considered under Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses ("petty hooliganism").
The court found the Belarusian guilty, but sentenced him to a fine of only 51 hryvnia (1 euro at the time's exchange rate). Another approximately 12 euros were to be collected from him as court fees.
