Aliaksandr Arcybashau and Paviel Vinahradau — the activists of Zmiena youth campaign were arrested on June 22. They were planning to hold another ‘toy rally’ titled ‘We came to be imprisoned again’ in Minsk.
Aliaksandr Arcybashau was arrested on the street, Paviel Vinahradau was arrested near his home at 10 PM. However, the police reports says he was arrested at 1 PM.
