The building was purchased by a Minsk-based company operating in the financial services sector. Since it was the sole participant in the auction, the building was acquired for a symbolic sum — 47 rubles 25 kopecks (initial price plus 5%). In addition, the new owner will receive the right to lease a land plot of more than 10 ares for a period of 40 years.

The monastery, built in 1735, is located in the city of Hlybokaye. Previously, its territory housed residential buildings, a library, a hospital, a pharmacy, and warehouses. It is known that Napoleon Bonaparte stayed here for several days in 1812. In 1865, the monastery was closed, and later an Orthodox church was erected in its place. To this day, only one wing of the three original ones has survived.
After acquiring the property, the new owner must apply to the Ministry of Culture within 12 months to obtain permission for repair and restoration work.
