During a conversation with Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Kubrakov, the detainees said that they had received a job offer on Telegram. The foreigners were ordered to arrive in Budagovo, Smolevichi district, find the victim's house, beat the man, and send a video report to the client.
They were promised 300,000 rubles for the work done. Presumably, this is in Russian rubles, but the Ministry of Internal Affairs does not specify.
Three young people aged 17 and 18 arrived in Minsk, armed with a knife, brass knuckles, a bat, pistols, a gas canister, took a car-sharing car and headed to carry out the task.
Using physical force, a bat and pistols, they inflicted numerous injuries on the 63-year-old owner, his 65-year-old wife and 67-year-old brother.
There was a panic button of the Department of Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the house. The owner of the house managed to press it before the window was broken.
Police officers who promptly arrived at the scene blocked the house and immediately detained two attackers.
The third tried to escape with a pistol, but was detained in the Smolevichi district.
«I was driving from work in the morning from the shift, the police were already driving towards me. Neighbors are like neighbors, they live on that street, and we live on this one. There was often a car parked there with Russian license plates, we don't know, relatives, friends or young people came there,» a neighbor told reporters.
The victims were hospitalized, but have already been discharged from the hospital.
An investigative team is working at the scene.
