Minsk schoolboy overslept his stop. But the bus driver drove him home!
Social networks are discussing the act of a driver of one of Minsk's buses.
The story was told by the mother of the young passenger. The boy was riding bus number 124 home from school and dozed off. When he woke up, he realized he had already passed his stop.
“Today we encountered a very Human act by a bus driver from Minsk, bus number 124! My son overslept his stop, got scared, and had unfortunately forgotten his phone at home, so he approached the driver,” the boy’s mother wrote in Threads.
The reaction was unexpected: instead of simply letting the child off at the nearest stop, the man quickly had lunch at the final stop, and then drove the schoolboy directly to his stop.
Such an act by the driver captivated Belarusians. They are now massively expressing admiration and asking "Minsktrans" to find the driver and thank him for his kindness.
