In 2025, Belarusians started eating more:
- meat (87 kg per person per year in 2025, 86 kg in 2024);
- milk and dairy products (296 kg in 2025, 295 kg in 2024);
- eggs (248 pcs. in 2025, 242 pcs. in 2024).
At the same time, consumption of the following products decreased:
- fish and fish products (14 kg in 2025, 15 kg in 2024);
- potatoes (54 kg in 2025, 56 kg in 2024);
- fruits and berries (69 kg in 2025, 72 kg in 2024);
- sugar and confectionery (26 kg in 2025, 27 kg in 2024).
