On March 31, the deadline for submitting documents to participate in the elections to the Coordinating Council of the fourth convocation expired. Applications were received from nine electoral lists, comprising a total of 175 candidates, announced Alena Prykhodzka, chairwoman of the KR election commission, writes "Zerkalo".

Some electoral lists have already been registered. Among them are "European Choice" (17 candidates, leader — Valery Matskevich) and "Law and Order" (12 candidates, leader — Siarhei Makar).
The remaining lists are undergoing selective verification.
Among them:
Latushka's Coalition and Movement "For Freedom" — 38 candidates, leaders — Pavel Latushka and Yury Hubarevich;
Bloc of Belarusian political prisoners "Belarusians for Action" — 12 candidates, leader — Yury Ziankovich;
United Civic Platform — 22 candidates, leader — Mikalai Kazlou;
"Stop Being Afraid!" — 13 candidates, leader — Tatsiana Martynava;
Movement "Volia" — 28 candidates, leader — Mikita Zabuga;
"Your Voice" — 20 candidates, leader — Andrei Kolas;
"Nastup" — 13 candidates, leader — Lizaveta Prakopchyk.
Thus, a total of 175 candidates are vying for seats in the Coordinating Council.
