Townhouses for $435,000 from a state developer almost sold out in a couple of days
At the end of March, the state developer "Minskstroi" launched sales of townhouses. They are part of the "Uyutny-2" settlement, which is being built near the residential complex called "Uyutny". The entire block is being formed in a forest area near the National Library. One townhouse is priced at over $400,000. A couple of weeks have passed, and only 4 options out of 12 remain available, writes "Onliner".
Each townhouse, according to the concept, is a two-level house with an area of 206.38 sq. m with a terrace and a private plot. On the first floor, there is a hallway, a combined kitchen and living-dining room, a bathroom, and a mini-boiler room. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with walk-in closets and bathrooms. Loggias are also provided, and above the floor, there is a cold attic. Construction of the first row of townhouses began in February 2026, and they are promised to be handed over in December 2026.
The housing is handed over with rough finishing. The price per "square meter" for everyone interested is 6100 rubles.
If the full amount is paid immediately, it is 1,258,918 rubles — about $435,000. If financing is used, the cost will increase to 1,311,338 rubles — approximately $453,000. There is also an installment plan.
It became known that only 4 out of 12 townhouses remained available. This was reported in the "Minskstroi" Telegram channel. Moreover, there is information online that most of them were bought in the first days of sales.

Judging by the renders, only the first row of townhouses has gone on sale. And many more are planned to be built in the future. Journalists called the sales department to clarify what was left and if a price increase was planned:
— Apartments No. 2, 3, 4, 5 are available.
— So, the rest have already been bought?
— Yes, reserved. People are waiting for our review. We have a system for reviewing shareholders. This procedure takes a month. After a month, we will announce our decision to agree to conclude a contract. It may be denied without explanation.
— Is a price increase planned?
— For other townhouses that we will offer, a different price will be set. This is confidential information, but they will definitely be more expensive. We will announce the prices when the declaration is released.
And overall, global development is expected within the boundaries of Parnikovaya, Podlesnaya, and Anayeva streets. In addition to 60 townhouses, the territory will feature about 100 modern cottages, as well as a commercial and administrative building, parking lots, playgrounds, sports zones, and courts for mini-football, volleyball, and tennis. This is not counting two multi-story buildings, one of which has already been commissioned, and the second is growing by leaps and bounds.
