The most expensive house in August sold for 600 thousand dollars
It is located in Syomkava, 10 km north of Minsk.

This is a block cottage built in 2016 with an area of over 400 square meters. Buyers paid 600 thousand dollars for it. The price per square meter was 1368 dollars, writes Realt.by.
Currently, a little over 20 houses are for sale in Syomkava, priced from $116 thousand to $1.3 million
The most expensive in the country also included cottages in the well-known villages of Drazdova and Yukhnovka near Minsk. Houses in these locations were sold for 400 and 594 thousand dollars.
Brest stood out among the regional centers. In the city on the Bug river, a block house was sold for 392 thousand dollars in August.
