— The infrastructure includes bridges, overpasses, roads, underground pedestrian crossings, as well as engineering communications, — Sergey Panov, director of the enterprise, told Minsk-News. — Today, we are repairing the bridge over the Svislach river towards Pulikhava Street and the overpass at the 4th km of the Minsk Ring Road in the Lipki airfield area.
Specialists have started the construction of an overpass from Timiryazeva Street towards Kolesnikova Street. Thanks to the implementation of this project, it will be possible to connect the Frunzensky and Tsentralny districts. The length of the completed structure will be about 380 meters. Traffic will be six-lane — three in each direction.
At the same time, additional lanes will appear at some intersections where this is necessary to relieve congestion in busy directions. The construction of the first span structures is planned to begin in late May - early June 2026.
— Pre-design work has also been completed, and we are starting the design of another important logistics route — the extension of Churlyonis Street with an overpass over the railway to Korzhanovsky Street. This will connect the Moskovsky and Oktyabrsky districts. We plan to start construction in 2027, — noted the director of Hardarbud. — The conditional formation of the so-called third city ring will continue with the extension of Serova Street, including the construction of an overpass over the railway and access to Shpilevsky Street.
In addition, in 2026, specialists will begin designing the extension of Moniuszko Street with the construction of a bridge over the Svislach river, leading to Malinina Street.
