Late in the evening, after drinking 0.5 liters of cognac the day before, a 28-year-old man was riding in a metro car. At one of the stations, a guy and a girl entered, with whom the man felt like talking — he sat next to them. This did not please her 17-year-old companion, and the young man asked to leave them alone, Minsk-news writes.

The man reacted inadequately and started a fight. He inflicted no less than ten blows and pushes to the guy's head and arms, causing him to lose his balance and fall.

Afterwards, the man started pressing his hands on the guy's face and ears, and also bit him. Another passenger intervened in the conflict, pushing the disturber of peace onto the platform of the "Partyzanskaya" metro station.

A criminal case was opened. He fully admitted his guilt, repented for what he had done, and reconciled with the victim.

— The accused is employed as a rigger in a private company, previously not brought to criminal responsibility, — commented Yegor Verabyou, Senior Assistant Prosecutor of Zavodsky District. — The court found him guilty of intentional actions that grossly violate public order and, based on Part 1 of Art. 339 of the Criminal Code, imposed a fine of 40 basic units (1,800 rubles).

Then the mother of the 17-year-old boy contacted Onliner.by.

— My son practiced Thai boxing for four years and a bit of wrestling. That's why he was able to stand up for himself quite well. Among the injuries was a bruise from the first blow, as it was a side blow and my son didn't see it. The rest of the injuries were the result of the struggle. The bite was inflicted while my son was applying a chokehold. At that moment, the attacker grabbed his face and ears with his hands to free himself. A few minutes later, a man who was nearby intervened in the fight. The young man was forced out of the carriage because he was behaving inadequately.

The teenager's mother added that the family decided to contact the police so that what happened would not go without consequences.

— We filed a statement so that the crime would not go unpunished. That night was ruined for our entire family. The fine of 1800 rubles was imposed because the parties reached a reconciliation.
