Moscow residents are massively complaining about mobile internet outages. According to capital residents, it's impossible to open banking apps, messengers, send SMS, or even access websites from the "white (allowed) list," writes "Dozhd" (Rain TV).

Problems are being recorded in the central part of the city.
"Even SMS are not being sent. And "white lists" also don't work," "Around 08:30, mobile internet was disconnected for some operators. We have to rely on pre-downloaded maps," city residents write.
The Ministry of Digital Development previously warned about mobile internet disconnection, and on the eve of May 9, operators sent reminders to subscribers about possible communication problems.
At 10 o'clock, a parade is scheduled to take place on Red Square.
