Today, in Grodno, Lida, and Velikaya Berestovitsa, comprehensive command-staff exercises will be held to check the readiness of units of internal affairs bodies and internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for actions in special conditions, according to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In Grodno, the events will take place at an object on Chyrvonaarmeyskaya Street, in Lida — on Lyotnaya Street, in Velikaya Berestovitsa — at the northern entrance to the urban settlement.
In this regard, traffic for all types of transport will be temporarily restricted in the mentioned areas.
The police urge drivers to plan their route in advance and choose alternative paths to avoid traffic jams.
It is noted that sounds of explosions and gunshots may be heard near the mentioned locations, so there is no need to worry.
