«Only on the third day I start to understand». A Hrodna resident walked 100 kilometers through the city in less than a day
Hrodna fitness trainer Anastasia organized her own challenge and walked 100 km through the city in less than a day. The girl shared her personal record on Threads, as noted by Hrodna Life.

First 50 km: empty streets and slight muscle pain
Anastasia set off at night — and wrote a corresponding post about it, asking users to wish her luck. For the first 10 km, the most difficult thing for the girl was the empty streets — Anastasia admitted that she "was talking to herself," and she didn't want to listen to music in the dark and fog at all.
After walking 25 km through her district, the girl headed to the city center. At 40 km, the Hrodna resident felt her gluteal muscles tense up, and at 50 km — she "wanted to lie down."
«I've gotten used to the leg pain. My lower back, in general, is doing well, it hasn't given out yet,» — Anastasia described her feelings.
Second part of the journey: coffee breaks and calluses on toes
By 60 km, the fitness trainer had eaten all the food she brought from home. At this stage, the girl felt no hunger and paid no attention to the pain in her legs.
«I feel like I already have three calluses on my toes. But if I don't stop, they somehow roll into place and are not noticeable at all,» — she added.
At 70 km, Anastasia felt very tired, yet she walked without stopping. She clarified that "toilet, smoking, and coffee" — don't count. Already at the next ten kilometers, the girl admitted that her strength had completely left her.

The final: successfully completed challenge
But Anastasia still managed to finish. The final indicators were as follows: 100 km in 22 hours and 133.4 thousand steps.
«Only on the third day do I start to understand that I overcame 100 km. And I want to say a big thank you to the people who supported me and were with me until the very finish. Your support was invaluable,» — Anastasia later wrote on Threads.

The entire next week, the girl recovered, but still conducted workouts, albeit in a lighter version.
Another city resident organized a similar challenge
In the autumn of 2025, Hrodna resident Katerina organized a different challenge for herself — she wanted to walk around the entire city in one day. The girl succeeded — the task took ten hours, during which Katerina covered 43 km.

Про везунчиков с больными почками и суставами, которые в это впишутся, вообще молчу.
