At the solemn ceremony of taking the military oath, Lukashenka stated that the army's power and strength are determined by people, soldiers devoted to their native country.

Addressing the conscripts, Alexander Lukashenka said that the oath is not just high words, a ritual, or a tribute to tradition, but a truly mature and responsible step.
"From this moment, your conscience and the law place the highest demands on you. The title of a serviceman obliges you to be steadfast, courageous, loyal to duty and your country," Lukashenka said.
He pointed out that in any army, the undeniable advantages are the presence of modern weapons and equipment. But its power and strength are determined by people, soldiers devoted to their native country, who stand in a single formation guarding the peace and security of the Fatherland.
