As reported, after work, the guy, who works as a salesman, bought alcohol and food, after which he walked around the city at night. In the morning, he found himself on Victory Square, where he threw a crab stick package into the Eternal Flame, and then, lighting a cigarette, shook ash into it.
Soon, the guy was detained and a criminal case was initiated against him. In court, he pleaded guilty and repented, explaining his actions by saying that he wanted to see how the package would burn.
The court found him guilty of hooliganism — actions that grossly violate public order and show obvious disrespect for society. As a result, he was fined 50 basic units (2,250 rubles).
