Akhmed Dudaev, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Chechnya, Minister for National Policy, External Relations, Press and Information, stated that the medal awarded to Kadyrov Jr. is a recognition of his contribution to ensuring security and supporting the "SVO". According to Dudaev, Adam oversees the Putin Russian Special Forces University, where soldiers going to fight in Ukraine are trained.
Earlier, Adam Kadyrov had already received a medal for "guarding" the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. His father stated that Adam had no undeserved awards.
