Through a special portal, users can submit various inquiries online: receive technical consultations, report problems with charging stations, or leave other requests.
All messages will be categorized. Answers are planned to be given individually, and the most popular questions and explanations will be published on the association's social media. For resolving more complex situations, industry specialists, representatives of charging infrastructure operators, and car dealerships may be involved.
Anyone can use the service, regardless of citizenship or electric car brand. When submitting an appeal, it is necessary to indicate the name, contact details, car model, and VIN number. You can also attach photos or videos related to the problem.
According to the association, there are currently 2688 public charging stations operating in Belarus, about 70 percent of which are fast-charging. Approximately 60,000 eco-friendly vehicles are in operation on Belarusian roads, including about 41,000 electric vehicles and over 19,000 hybrids.
