A photo of a body on a snowy street in Minsk appeared online. What happened?

A photo of a corpse on the sidewalk near house No. 107 on Odoevsky Street appeared online. A correspondent from "Minsk-Novosti" found out what happened.

Footage of the covered body was published on the evening of January 10 by several Telegram channels without any details of the incident. The Investigative Committee of Minsk confirmed the fact and clarified that the death was not of a criminal nature.

— According to the investigation, on the evening of January 10, a 76-year-old man felt unwell near house No. 107 on Odoevsky Street. Passers-by called an ambulance, but they were unable to save him, they said. — A forensic medical examination has been appointed.

A day earlier, it was also reported about a death on a Minsk street: a 59-year-old man was found dead on January 9 in the area of Baikalskaya Street — he felt unwell on his way to work.
