An exhibition dedicated to the "heroes of the SMO" opened in Gomel
The "Rossotrudnichestvo" representative office is holding an exhibition "Heroes of Our Time", dedicated to the war in Ukraine, at the "Russian House" in Gomel. In this case, the heroes are presented as Russians who went to war against Ukraine, writes "Flagstock".
"The exposition is dedicated to the heroism of our warriors during the "Special Military Operation" and the deep historical roots that have connected Bryansk region, Donbas, and the lands of modern Ukraine for centuries," states the official press release.
The idea and title of the exhibition play on the title of Lermontov's novel.
The Bryansk State Local Lore Museum is responsible for holding the exhibition. The exposition is its project. On the stands, among other things, there is a map with the captured territories of Ukraine.
The head of the "Russian House" Alexander Marzhukhin has already presented the exhibition to participants of the so-called "Historical Club", members of "Patriots of Belarus", and other visitors. The propaganda exposition is shown not only to adults but also to children — recently, schoolchildren of middle grades were brought to the "Russian House".
This is the first recorded instance by "Flagstock" of such open propaganda of the Russian war in Gomel. It is noteworthy that local state media did not dare to report on the exhibition — there have been no materials about it in the official press yet.
