Herman Matyevich was born in Smarhon in 2002, but later his family moved to Astravets. Judging by information in social networks, the young man graduated from Maladziečna State College.
In his teenage years, he tried to make music under the pseudonym "Herman Hromau" and became fascinated with rap culture. Herman commented a lot in rapper communities and reposted new releases.
The young man spent his free time in the online shooter Standoff 2. He wrote in chats that he had been playing since 2018 and was ready to "donate a lot" to the game. In correspondence, Matyevich was often aggressive, not shying away from strong language and insults. Shortly before his death, he left sympathetic comments under posts about the death of Russian soldiers.
Herman worked as a security guard in a private security company in Moscow, which he praised for being able to "make money doing nothing" there. But in March or April 2025, he decided to switch from virtual wars to a real one and went as a volunteer on Russia's side. He last appeared online on April 18, 2025, having previously uploaded several photos where he posed with a weapon.

From the community "Don't wait for me from Ukraine" it became known that the Belarusian died (the message about his death appeared in November 2025).
