"You apply all sorts of filth." Lukashenka advised women to clear snow instead of using cosmetics
During a meeting with the staff of JSC "Planar", Alexander Lukashenka spoke about how women, in his opinion, should maintain beauty and youth. He stated that the best "beauty recipe" is physical labor, specifically shoveling snow, rather than cosmetic products.

"You all want to be so beautiful. You apply all sorts of filth to your face, and elsewhere on your body, you smear yourselves with honey, some go to the steam room, and so on. I understand this, I know. The best 'honey' for beauty is a shovel in your hands and clearing snow. Believe me, this is the best remedy," Lukashenka told the female employees of "Planar".
He also reminded that 2026 has been declared the Year of the Belarusian Woman and instructed the Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic Natalia Kochanova and his press secretary Natalia Eismont to prepare events that women will truly remember.
"And don't look at the men. They will adapt. [...] We are all henpecked. Whatever you say, that's what we'll do," Lukashenka stated.
