The names of all women sentenced to long terms in the "yard chats" case have become known
In Minsk, on March 19, a verdict was delivered in the high-profile "yard chats" case. In total, eight women were sentenced in this case, accused under Art. 357 of the Criminal Code "conspiracy or other actions committed with the aim of seizing state power", writes "Viasna".

It was previously known that accountant Iryna Yakauleva and Anzhela Agarok were each sentenced to 8.5 years in a penal colony, and Viktoryia Hrynko - to 9 years. In this case, political prisoner Natallia Daronina, whose husband was recently pardoned, was also sentenced — she also received 8.5 years. Sviatlana Miatselskaya was sentenced to 10 years in a penal colony, Volha Varabyova — to 8 years and 3 months of imprisonment.
Also involved in this case was Volha Osipchyk, who received 8.5 years in a penal colony. Dziana Hauryiava was also sentenced, but her term is not yet known.
Additionally, all women were fined 1000 basic units.
