According to the decree, individuals will be able to export no more than an amount equivalent to 100 thousand dollars to Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. For legal entities and entrepreneurs, the restrictions are even stricter: they are allowed to export cash only through specific international airports and with documents confirming the origin of the funds.
In addition, from May 1, a ban on the export of gold bars weighing more than 100 grams from Russia will be introduced. Exceptions are possible only under special conditions and through a number of airports with permission from the relevant authorities.
At the same time, banks will still be able to export currency and precious metals without restrictions.
