A girl bought a bun at "Evroopt" on Burdzeiny Street, 11, from which two metal balls fell out.

She published photos of the unusual find on social media. Minsk-news reported on how the sanitary services and the management of the retail chain reacted to this and other customer complaints.
The Minsk resident complained about the unpleasant find in her food, in the form of metal pieces, on the social network Threads.
"Honestly, I was shocked: these two metal balls fell out of a cinnamon bun today. At first, I thought maybe it was pepper, but then one fell and rolled with a sound — and it became clear it wasn't pepper. It looks very similar to ball bearings," the girl wrote.
Representatives of the "Evroopt" retail chain promptly responded in the comments and promised to conduct an internal investigation. Its results have not yet been reported, but the incident attracted the attention of hygienists, who checked the situation at the store on March 23.
According to the inspection results, the equipment of the confectionery workshop was deemed operational. However, for reliability, specialists called a technical team for an official conclusion.
At the same time, violations of sanitary legislation were found in the store. A responsible official will be held accountable for this.
