Dongfeng released a special series of electric vehicles with Belarusian ornament

A special series of Dongfeng BOX electric vehicles has appeared in Belarus — in the colors of the Belarusian flag and with a golden ornament applied to the hood and roof, Onliner reports.
The first cars will be showcased on July 3 during a pro-government motor rally dedicated to Independence Day. The convoy will head to Victory Square, where a flower-laying ceremony will take place.
The special series includes two versions — in rich red and dark green colors. Both cars have a white roof.
The urban electric car Dongfeng BOX was taken as the basis. It is equipped with an electric motor with a power of 95 hp, a battery with a capacity of 43.89 kWh and, according to the manufacturer, is capable of traveling up to 430 kilometers on a single charge according to the CLTC cycle.
The model's equipment includes a multimedia system with a 12.8-inch screen, wireless charging for a smartphone, an electrically adjustable driver's seat with memory, heating, and ventilation, as well as a set of electronic assistants. Among them are adaptive cruise control, automatic parking system, 360-degree view, lane keeping, automatic emergency braking, and road sign recognition.
The company announced that cars from the special series will be available for purchase after July 3. The price of the version with the national ornament will be the same as the standard Dongfeng BOX.
