An apartment with designer renovations is for sale in an eight-story Stalin-era building on Yakub Kolas Square, overlooking Independence Avenue and Krasnaya Street. After replanning, the bathroom was expanded, and the kitchen and living room were combined here.

The unusual eight-story Stalin-era building was constructed in 1958 at 22 Krasnaya Street for the workers of the "Udarnik" factory. A two-room apartment with an area of 59.1 m² is now for sale on the fourth floor. It underwent a legalized replanning. After renovation, it features a kitchen-living room, one isolated bedroom, and a spacious bathroom.
The owners created a stylish interior. German parquet is laid on the floor, and the window sills, countertop, and kitchen table are made of natural stone. All case furniture is made of veneered MDF, and the fittings are from the Blum brand.

The kitchen features an L-shaped unit with built-in appliances. The dining area is located between the kitchen and the living room.
The combined space has plenty of natural light thanks to a large panoramic window. From here, there is access to a long open balcony with a view of the avenue. A full-fledged bedroom with storage space is located in a separate room.
Although the bathroom is combined, the "wet" area has been visually separated from the toilet. A washing machine, a dryer, and a boiler are also located here.
Tiles are laid on the floor in the hallway, and wardrobes are also installed for clothes.
Two metro stations – "Yakub Kolas Square" and "Victory Square" – are within walking distance from the house. TsUM, Komarovka Market, cafes, and a park are located nearby. The apartment is valued at 690,000 Belarusian rubles (241,200 US dollars).
