Urologist named symptoms for which men and women should definitely see a doctor
Not all symptoms are dangerous, but they can worsen the quality of life.

Well-known urologist, chief physician of the 4th City Clinical Hospital of Minsk, Vladimir Sirenko, named male and female problems that should cause concern.
For men, this is the loss of male strength, and not only in terms of sexual strength, but also a decrease in male masculinity, writes "Komsomolskaya Pravda".
"This is the appearance of excess weight, a decrease in potency, the appearance of nocturnal urination, an increase in blood pressure," the urologist emphasized in the program "Say It Without Silence" on the "Belarus 1" TV channel.
According to Vladimir Sirenko, after 35 years, a man's endocrine system begins to reorganize, metabolism changes, followed by a decrease in testosterone levels, which can lead to benign urological diseases, such as prostate adenoma. Therefore, timely consultation with a specialist can prevent possible problems in the future.
As for women, they have their own problem — stress urinary incontinence when coughing, running, or lifting heavy objects.
"This is not dangerous from a health point of view; it is dangerous from the point of view of socialization and the quality of a woman's life," Vladimir Sirenko stressed.
According to the urologist, the problem of urinary incontinence can affect women, even those who gave birth naturally and not necessarily many times, as well as women who have lost a lot of weight or are in menopause, when hormonal reorganization and a decrease in pelvic floor muscle tone occur.
"All of this is curable (treatable. — Ed.), both medically and surgically," the urologist noted and asked women with such a problem not to be shy about seeing a doctor.
