The "Malyya Doltsy" estate in Ushachy district put up for auction again. Only half a year ago it was reportedly bought by a Russian
In the village of Novoye Zhittsyu, Ushachy district, the historical estate "Malyya Doltsy" is being offered for sale again. The initial price for the two-story brick building with an area of 705.7 square meters is only 45 rubles.
Along with the building, the new owner will receive the right to lease a land plot of 11.48 hundredths for a period of 50 years.
The estate was built in 1848 for the Verenki family. In 2024, it was put up for auction several times at a symbolic price.
In January 2026, it was reported that the building had already been purportedly sold at an electronic auction. The starting price then was about 42 rubles, but during the bidding, it increased to 101 rubles 25 kopecks. Two buyers participated in the auction — citizens of Belarus and Russia. The Russian participant became the winner.
However, after six months, the estate was put up for sale again, which likely indicates that the previous deal was not completed.
The building, executed in eclectic style with elements of classicism and baroque, has a rich history. In the early 20th century, the estate belonged to the Suschinski family. In 1909, one of the first Belarusian dramatic plays, "Mikhalka," was staged here. After nationalization, the building housed a dormitory, a village club, a canteen, a library, and a post office at different times. Since 2013, the estate has not been in use.
Since 2020, "Malyya Doltsy" has had the status of a historical and cultural value under state protection. This means that the new owner is obliged to preserve and restore the historical appearance of the building. It can be used as a hotel, agritourism estate, museum, or residential property.
The auction is scheduled for August 21st. Applications for participation are accepted until August 18th. So far, according to the organizers of the bidding, there are no interested parties to acquire the estate.
