Two Shia Brothers Allegedly Tried to Kill Russian-Speaking Arab Blogger in Belarus

Ibrahim Mussa was born in 2002 in Kirkuk, northern Iraq. His father was a diplomat and worked at the Iraqi embassy in Russia during 2002–2003, the final period of Saddam Hussein's rule. He received higher education in Moscow, specializing in "international relations".

Mussa created the Russian-language Telegram channel "Golos Arabov" (Voice of Arabs). According to him, this channel was later stolen by fraudsters. In his new channel, he publishes materials about the Arab world from the perspective of Arab nationalism and Pan-Arabism. He also critically comments on the policies of the Iranian regime.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Investigative Committee have not yet officially reported any shooting incidents in Minsk in recent days.
